Daryl Brever

Daryl was born in Todd County in 1953, a place he’s called home for nearly 73 years. Daryl is a graduate of Clarissa Public School and the University of Minnesota, Morris.

He retired from Central Bi-Products (a division of Farmers Union Marketing and Processing Association) after nearly 42 years of employment, the last 28 years spent as the Complex Manager of the Long Prairie location.

“I felt my manufacturing and management experience could add useful perspective to the board's efforts,” he said.

While recognizing that Todd County has traditionally relied on agriculture for employment and economic strength, his vision for the region includes thoughtful expansion.

“I would like to see modernization and diversification in the future to complement our current strengths and provide varied new opportunities to maintain and enhance future growth. Let’s keep our kids home.”
