North Central SBDC Announces Leadership and Management Training

Hello from Your Friends at the North Central Small Business Development Center!
I am excited to share with you that we are partnering with Central Lakes College Workforce Solutions to bring back Leadership and Management for the 22nd Century in January of 2025. This hands-on, cohort-style training is designed to empower participants with essential leadership and management skills, focusing on strategies to inspire and lead teams effectively.
Early-bird pricing is $400 per participant until December 1st. 2024. After that, it will be $500 per participant. Click here to learn more and to register.
Leadership and Management for the 22nd Century will be a practical and productive learning experience. During the series, each participant will complete a CliftonStrengths for Leaders assessment; a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion assessment; a leadership development plan; an employee engagement plan; and a change roadmap.
