Dower Lake Recreation Area is another gem in Todd County. The picnic shelter at Dower Lake provides electrical outlets, tables, and a majestic view of the lake. With easy access to the beach, disc golf course, basketball court, horseshoe pits, softball fields, and campground, it's an ideal spot for a day (or two) of fun and relaxation.

Lake Charlotte Park is Long Prairie’s largest park with playgrounds, sports courts for volleyball, basketball, and softball, as well as a disc golf course and multiple picnic shelters. And the 144-acre Lake Charlotte features a beautiful public swimming beach.  

Battle Point Park & Lake Osakis: This 10-acre park is actually a peninsula that extends into Lake Osakis and has become a premiere destination for fishing, boating, scenic trail walking, and birdwatching. History buffs will enjoy knowing that prior to settlement, tribes of Sioux and Chippewa Indians occupied the area.
